Lillehammer Spel og Dansarlag is a group of 40 dancers and 10 musicians. We try to promote traditional  dances, music and songs from the Gudbrandsdal valley in particular and other parts of the country in general by practicing once a week. We try in many ways to carry on traditions to coming generations.

We have connections with other Scandinavian folk dance groups during regular gatherings where we exchange experience from the cultural traditions with our neighbouring countries.
